Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• Cosmetics and beauty products must be unopened and in their original condition.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@modarak.com.

• The customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges for the return.

Important:

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

• Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

• The refund amount will be transferred either to your bank account or given to you as cash if you chose Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of purchase.
