You have 3 days from the date your order is processed to submit a cancellation request by emailing us at hi@modarak.com. If you need a refund or exchange, it’s your responsibility to return the items to the Modarak warehouse. Alternatively, you can arrange a pickup from your location by paying the delivery charges.
To cancel your order, please reach out to us via email at hi@modarak.com with the message “CANCEL ORDER: (ORDER NUMBER HERE).” We’ll do our best to process your cancellation quickly. Please note that we can only cancel orders within the first 12 hours of placing them, and we cannot cancel orders that have already been packaged and sent for delivery. After this time, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to cancel your order, and you may lose your shipping fee.

To ensure you get all important updates, please save our email address in your contacts. This way, you won’t miss any messages that might end up in your junk or spam folder. If you don’t receive your order confirmation, feel free to reach out to us directly!
Please keep an eye on the tracking for your return as it makes its way back to us. Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 working days for processing (up to 5 working days during sale periods). You'll get a confirmation via email once your refund is processed.
