Don't know why I developed spotty shoulders & upper back. Little bumps under the skin, not like acne. It has worked slowly, I apply every 2 days. Also used on a small bumpy area on my face to good effect. It's a strange consistency, quite sticky to start with then slowly absorbs. A very big tub at a good price, will keep using on shoulders & face, for the price I can recommend you try it, nothing to lose.

As can be expected with any product with salicylic acid in it and if you suffer from psoriasis, it will irritate it a little to start with but as the product describes it certainly exfoliates any related latency from effected areas! Not greasy, good amount of cream in tub! Will be continuing to use!

Sufferer of dry skin, doctors for years have either not cared or just fobbed me off with steroids that almost never work. Had read good things about this brand since it came to the uk. Not too expensive so gave it a try. THIS PRODUCT GOES WITH ME EVERYWHERE AND ALWAYS WILL. It’s the ONLY thing that calms my crappy dry flaky skin. 5 mins after putting it on, you’d never know I have skin issues, it’s actually shocking. It’s not a one time miracle worker though (for me anyway) so, I use it after each time I wash my hands... and on elbows and knees after shower. It’s actually cleared up my keratosis Pilaris on arms and upper legs too. Soooooo happy I found this.

I’m 43, diagnosed with keratosis Polaris 20 something years ago...can you imagine how many products I’ve tried in 20 odd years! From prescription ointments, over the counter creams, diet changes...I don’t know why this product works but it does! It actually works! And very quickly! This is my second order and it will now be routine forever! My skin is clearer, smoother, the bumps have reduced unbelievably and my skin looks less red and just healthier than I have ever seen it look! Even if you don’t believe me it’s worth a try if you have issues with your skin...in 3 days time you’ll be as disbelieving as I was! Keep using it and it just gets better!

I have been suffering from Keratosis Pilaris on my arma for many years and never got anything to work to improve it. I decided it to give this a go given the reviews and I have to say so far it is amazing. I started seeing a big improvement in 2-3 days after starting using it and although there is still there I can see it is improving. I use it every day after a shower and it is working very well plus I feel my skin very well hydrated and really smooth. Would recommend to anyone suffering from Keratosis Pilaris to try this.

I have suffered with keratosis pilaris my whole life that i have always covered up my arms where it is worse. After trying so many different moisturisers that haven't worked i thought i would give this a go due to the really good reviews. It did take about 6-8 weeks for me to notice a difference but this product has improved my skin so much. It isn't anywhere near as bad as it was before. I use this every night on my arms before i go to bed and i finally feel comfortable to show my arms for the summer :)

I have suffered with psoriasis for a long time. I’ve tried many different lotions and potions over the years but I am seeing good results with this product. It’s much reduced the rough skin and flakiness by 90% after a weeks use. I am going to continue and see what happens! The cream has a nice consistency which is well absorbed and doesn’t feel greasy. It seems to keep my skin well moisturised and I have found that I don’t need to reapply as often as other products. For anyone else suffering, it’s well worth a try!

My skin feels like silk after using this lovely cream. It’s moisturising and not heavy easily absorbed by the skin and most importantly doesn’t break me out. I suffer from body and facial acne and it’s perfect for my sensitive skin. Definitely recommend this cream, I’m also a woman of colour and it doesn’t leave any white cast on my skin. Fragrance free and speedy delivery as usual.

I was introduced to this cream by my daughter I now use it all the time and it's the best moisturising cream on the market after we have both tried many others for dry skin conditions, my arms and legs are in the best condition they have ever been, highly recommend. We buy it from Amazon as it is the cheapest deal we can find.
